Why am I getting the "Missing mandatory Host: header" error

This happens when you request to open the dashboard (in your browser) via https. Use http instead and you should be fine.

This error doesn't break the app. Meaning that if you opened it via https by accident, there's no need to restart the application. Just fix your URL and continue as before.
