Is the Tradingview output accurate?

No. The Tradingview's pine-editor is pretty limited so we couldn't make it to be completely in sync with Jesse to show perfect entry and exit points. So you have to take it with a grain of salt.

It was meant for looking at a bigger picture about your strategy.

If you want to look at the exact entry and exit points of your strategy, make sure the debug mode is enabled in your backtests and then open the log file and look at the exact orders, position changes, etc.
