Refund Policy

All Jesse.Trade products are digital and are delivered to your account immediately after purchase. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This applies to every product we sell, including licenses for the live trading plugin and premium features.

Try before you buy

You can evaluate Jesse thoroughly before paying anything. The core framework is free and open-source, including historical candle imports, backtesting, optimization, and the research module. You can also try the live trading plugin on supported testnet exchanges for free. Please use these free options to make sure Jesse fits your needs before you purchase a premium plan.

Exceptions

We will correct billing mistakes. Contact us within 14 days of the charge if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You were charged, but the license you purchased was never activated on your account and we are unable to fix it.

Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method.

Your legal rights

When you purchase, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Nothing in this policy limits rights that you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
